Faith Should Unite Us, Not Divide Us

Throughout history, religion has inspired compassion, charity, courage, and hope. Yet some people have used religion to justify hatred, violence, and division.
Extremism is not limited to one religion, one culture, or one side of the world. It can emerge wherever intolerance replaces understanding and hatred replaces compassion.
The problem is not faith itself. The problem is when people misuse faith to justify harming others.
The Bible and the Quran share important teachings about mercy, compassion, justice, and our responsibility toward one another. Although they differ in theology and interpretation, both contain messages that encourage people to live with moral responsibility.
We must learn to distinguish between the beliefs of millions of peaceful people and the actions of those who use religion as a weapon.
No one should be judged solely by the religion they practice. We should judge people by their actions, their character, and how they treat others.
Humanity Beyond Labels
I believe that faith should bring us closer together, not drive us apart.
We may worship differently, speak different languages, and come from different backgrounds, but we share something fundamental: our humanity.
Extremism on any side deserves condemnation. Compassion, understanding, and mutual respect deserve encouragement.
The world does not need more hatred disguised as faith. It needs people who have the courage to choose peace, even when division seems easier.
Faith should inspire love, not hatred. Humanity should always come before labels.
